Hi, this message is for Marlies Sanders ….. My name is Everett Bentley.

I work here with the legal department at Spottsylvania Sheriff’s Department.

I’m calling in reference to umm a debt that you owe with Allied Cash Advance. They gave me all of your information in reference to a debt that you owe.  Just so that you’re aware if you get more than $200 or more in the State of Virginia is considered a felony which is why they’ve faxed over all of your information and it’s why I’m trying to get in contact with you. Uhhh specifically we need to get in contact with you before 4:00pm now and I haven’t been able to get in contact with you but be aware 4:00 pm is the latest you can contact with me because if it’s after 4pm if I do not hear from you, then I will issue a warrant out for your arrest.

Ok so you do need to give me a call me as soon as possible and maybe we can try to work something out as far as a payment plan that you should have with uhh Allied Cash Advance. That way it would keep your warrant from going out. But I need to hear from you before 4:00 pm today. So please give me a call. My number here is 540-891-9194.

My name again is Ms. Bentley or Everett if you would like to call. And I will be waiting for your call. Alright thank you and have a good one.

Why would the Sheriff's department be collecting debts for Allied Cash Advance and CSFA members? They aren't - Allied Cash Advance is impersonating officers.

So much for the CSFA seal of responsibility that Virgianians have heard so much about from the industry's PR campaign.
